Berco Copparo plant

Our largest factory is located in Copparo (near Ferrara), in Italy. The Copparo facility covers 550,000 square meters, and employees work in a three-shift system. Here you can find some of the most impressive forging press lines available in the market, including our “Maxi Press” (32,000 ton), our 16,000-ton press and a 3,150-ton press. This facility also offers state-of-the-art machining lines, including the BMR machining line, the SW mining links machining line and the CTL assembly line.

Berco Castelfranco Veneto

The Castelfranco Veneto factory covers an area of 65,000 square meters. It manufactures track adjusters and rollers for agricultural machinery and houses track chain assembly lines and automated machines, including trimming presses and manual forging lines.

Berco of America

To supply the North American market, we have four facilities in the US located in Waukesha, WI; Greensboro, NC; and Puyallup, WA, offering 14 assembly lines.

Berco Bulgaria

The Apriltsi plant covers the needs of complete frames thanks to its 8 welding lines.

Berco South America

Our assembly lines in Brazil are located in Campo Limpo, SP, in the heart of the largest thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies crankshaft plant.

Berco India

Located in Nashik at the plant of the BU Forged Technologies Automotive division, we have designated Berco sales representatives for the Indian market.
